Engineering at MARVEL springs
Springs are one of the most versatile and commonly used components in Engineering. They are used in various applications and are often one of the only moving components within a static assembly.
Our Engineering department can assist with the design and reverse engineering of Springs or Spring related components using various CAD software. These software packages ensure that all load scenarios, spring rates, fatigue data and life cycles can be met.

The production process at Marvel Springs starts from the moment we procure high quality, imported materials.
This high-quality material is combined with our fully automated CNC machinery and skillfully trained operators to produce high performance springs. Our Quality Management System, backed by our ISO: 9001:2015 Certification, driven by attention to detail and world-class inspection equipment, focuses on conducting inspections at every stage of the manufacturing process and ensures full traceability of the end product.
Our in-house inspection standards are developed per EN 15800:2008 or BS1726-1:2002 Grade 1 tolerances.
We are proud to be able to fully customize our Quality Control Process and tolerances following customer requirements. In addition, our high-quality, state-of-the-art testing equipment allows us to validate spring designs and carry out 100% inspections of the end product if required.
